I had a dream last night. I was with a friend who I grew up with. This friend was a bully to me when I was younger, but in the dream I was going with her to look at a place she wanted to rent out. When we got there, there was a girl that showed up around. She was renting one of the rooms. There was also two men who lived there together. The building was kind of torn down and needed repairs, but they lived in part of the building. At one point, there was a baby with me. I'm not sure why. Another time, I went back to the place and there was some cake. I had to return the cake pan when I was done and I forgot. I remember walking through the house and feeling like I did not want to live there. The rent was inexpensive but the building was made of concrete and needed a lot of repairs
Based on your dream, it appears that there are several important themes and symbols that can be interpreted.
First, the presence of your childhood friend who used to be a bully suggests that you may have unresolved feelings or issues from your past. It is possible that this dream is reflecting upon your past experiences with this friend and exploring a possible change in your dynamic with her. The fact that you are accompanying her to look at a place she wants to rent out could symbolize your willingness to reconsider or forgive past grievances and potentially rebuild the friendship.
The building in the dream represents a metaphorical representation of yourself or your current state of being. The dilapidated and in-need-of-repair condition highlights the idea that there may be aspects of your life that need attention, healing, or improvement. It could be suggesting that you should address and resolve any underlying issues or emotional wounds that may be hindering your personal growth and wellbeing.
The presence of other individuals residing in the building, such as the girl, the two men, and the baby, might symbolize various aspects or different parts of your own personality. It suggests that you are encountering these different aspects of yourself as you navigate through life's challenges and experiences.
The cake in the dream could represent occasions for celebration, enjoyment, or indulgence. However, the fact that you forgot to return the cake pan could suggest a missed opportunity or neglect in taking responsibility for your actions. This may reflect a feeling of disconnection or uneasiness with the situation or choices you have made.
Overall, the dream seems to indicate a need for reflection, healing, and addressing unresolved issues from your past. It encourages you to evaluate your current circumstances and consider making necessary repairs or improvements to promote personal growth and fulfillment.
